Jill is a firm believer in teaching from experience. Since finding her joy in a fitness-centric lifestyle, she has lost about 100lbs, run several 10k races, experienced a bodybuilding competition prep, gone through physical therapy, and entered a powerlifting meet. She believes in a strong support system, and refuses to instruct anyone to follow a program that she has not tried. Jill has tried clean eating, calorie counting, iifym, paleo, and gluten-free (along with any crazy diet that she or a client found interesting). She prides herself on being able to relate to her clients and to what they are experiencing.
After years of helping friends and family with their goals while pursuing other career paths, Jill finally decided to follow her passions. She is in the final stage of earning her certification through NASM. Her training programs are based upon the latest research and ideologies, along with the teachings of a successful local sports trainer, physical therapist, and several elite powerlifters.
She is dedicated to helping men and women achieve their goals, regardless of if they want to lose weight, gain strength or muscle, or improve their performance. Her approach is simple: find what the client enjoys, and make it more effective for them
