Kenmore Barbell & Fitness offers comprehensive personal training programs to any and all that need it. Our personal training service includes three one-hour sessions per week, nutritional guidance, and a program designed specifically to the needs of the individual.
We also work with athletes across various sports platforms. Our sports performance programs are designed for the athlete to improve their athletic performance, improve their strength, and increase muscle mass while decreasing body-fat percentage.
