The women’s only basic strength training is a class designed to teach women the basic strength training techniques. We choose to offer a women’s only class as we understand that gyms can be intimidating. We also understand that most women are unsure of what to do, how to do it, and eventually they give up.
The women’s only basic meets twice per week - Wednesday nights at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 11am.

1 week (2 classes) – free
1 class - $15 ($5 for student)
1 month - $60
